the agreement among PUJ drivers, is that the krudo must be almost overflowing at the filler hole, as the PUJ is barned.

the driver makes kalog the vehicle, to dislodge these bubbles, so's they can fill to the brim of the filler hole.
if he fills to the brim but does not make kalog, and drives off to the PUJ barn which is usually malapit lang.
the bubbles trapped against the roof of the tank will get dislodged during the trip to the PUJ barn.
