So just read about this cheap device (annoy-a-tron) that makes some random sounds, it's a small puck with magnets on one side. There different types, some environment sounds, cellphone ring tone sounds, and my favorite scary/ghost sounds. It's has random interval of few minutes or few hours even not sound for a day. You can set the volume up so it's not conspicuous and not all the people in the room would hear it.

Its an evil prank to leave few of these hidden in the house of a person you hate, and it will be annoying enough to cause chaos to the household, although this is something you put and forget since you shouldn't reveal that it came from you. Sadly (or a good thing) I don't hate someone that much.
