I'll stick to the tollways next time.

talaga mali kase ang gulo ng mesurement system sa pinas, hindi mo ma intindihan kung metric ba o imperial ang ginagamit sa pag sukat

example sa height, feet (ft) and pounds (lbs) ang ginagamit natin, pero pag bibili na tayo ay kilogram (kg) and meters (m) naman

when the miss universe people started talking vital statistics using the metric system,
somehow, the figures did not generate so much interest anymore.

mas matindi pa pala sa UK, ginawang spectator sport ang (flash )flood fording.

langhiya. dinig na dinig mo talaga ang transition ng makina from a purring engine to a clunker in a matter of seconds... tapos pinagtatawana pa!

lakas din loob ng drivers nuong ibang sedans at hatchbacks. it's either they're very confident in their cars or "i was not informed!" moment. hydrolock galore tuloy ang parada.

there's a yellow floodmeter post there, in the first video.
    i am wondering,
why didn't they consult it, before the fact?
is it because it didn't advertise itself well enough?

i don't know doc but here's another vlogger doing the same thing on the same place

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VrSAAYpAX7w

i can't figure out how come a lot of drivers in those vids speed up before approaching the flooded portion of the road.
