    Sa mga lugar kasi sa metro manila usually kung saan may sm may malapit na matinong villages/subdivision/condo/townhouse.

    Eh lately nga sa dami condo nagtatayuan may nabalitaan ba kayo "live at condo kalookan"

    If we go clubbing tapos may nakilala chicks, tatanungin namin kung saan nakatira. Usually ang sagot near sm north edsa. Ayaw sabihin from calo-oh-can.

    Hehe, pero imagine, daming supermarkets ni Uniwide before pero ngayon iba closed shop and napalitan ng iba.

    Here are some cases:
    Uniwide Libis - Naging Wilcon Builders
    Uniwide EDSA Central - Naging Teleperformance at may McDo dun
    Uniwide Marcos Highway (pagitan ng Sta. Lucia) - Naging Robinsons Metro East

    Yung Uniwide Coastal Mall buhay pa yung structure pero parang ghost town ang loob, yung Uniwide Sucat buhay pa rin (according to my tita and my classmate who lives in one of the nearby subdivisions there)

    Yung Harrison Plaza is another dirty Mall. Daming tindahan sa taas inabandon na, di nagbayad ng rent. Umaasa na lang sa SM department store. Ganun din dati yung Greenhills. Ilan beses sinunog yung Shoppesville at Virra Mall.

    AFAIK, with Harrison Plaza nagkagulo din yung family na owner niyan before. That block is quite a prime piece of land if it's redeveloped (up to Lucio Tan's Century Park Ho-tel).

    kala ko pa naman yun Gotesco dito sa Ortigas Ave. Ext., good news sana. I just wish this mall close down for good na. panggulo at pang-traffic lang dito sa Ortigas ext. the mall is so ugly from the outside, walang clear na traffic rules and pedestrian rules and talaga chaos. and it really shows na halos kokonti na lang ang tenants

    add to that, ginagawang u-turn alibi ng mga cutting trip na mga jeepneys kaya naging terminal ang buong harapan niya to the detriment of the private motorists who are passing the area from Rizal antipolo, taytay etc.

    Gotesco should close down for good kasi hindi na sya makaka-compete. tumataas na ang real estate taxes, as well as maintenance ng malls but they just failed to effectively market their malls kaya mahina ang pasok ng patrons

    unlike cubao who still has MRT and LRT as hub, kaya kahit hindi nila i-develop yun like SM, dadagsa ang mga tao bec. its transportation/commutation hub.

    But Gotesco malls? seriously, the owners of these should rethink their strategies and pack up. anyways, they can always sell their lands/structures to SM or Ayala. kasi wala eh , total fail sila sa management

    Ever Gotesco still on fire after 3 days | ABS-CBN News

    Firemen admit that they weren't organized when they responded to the blaze.

    They blame their chief, who was allegedly drunk when the fire broke out last Friday night.

    "Wala sya doon, di namin alam gagawin," a firefighter said. "Tulog sya at lasing sa kotse niya... kami, bumbero lang kami."

    But the fire chief denies this, saying some of his men are only mad at him.

    "Wala pong katotohanan yan. May mga nadisiplina tayo diyan," de Asis said.

    The BFP has instructed De Asis to submit an explanation within 3 days on why firemen took too long to put the blaze under control.
