It's nitpicky indeed. Not TGP's loss if guys like that stop posting and stop liking them.. heck, it will improve their boards a bit.

Two times na in the past two days (dec 14 and 15) nagkakasunog dito sa mga informal settlers near Luzon avenue near where Jemson lives. Twice na niya ko ginising ng 4am to call in the fire. Naisip ko tuloy baka may nananadya na. And they weren't small fires. 2nd and 4th alarm agad.

Well, malaking value kasi ang Luzon Ave if you look at it. Dyan din mag-connect ang NLEX later on. I'm done with professional squatters after trying to deal with them in a good way with some projects before... ilabas ang mga lumiliyab na daga't pusa!

Pati sa may subdivision niyo, parang dumami ang squatters dun sa labas.
