Without taking sides on this case, let me answer Sotto's question on why the Panamanian fled immediately...
...it's because no one seriously trusts the justice system of a country where the (lynch) mob rules.
Instead of condemning the release of these videos, which could serve as some form of evidence, maybe they should just scrutinize it to try to further debunk Shcks' claims.
