Sa mga taga South, ano masasabi niyo sa bagong rates ng parking sa Filinvest?

Napa wow nalang ako sa management! Haha

Residents up in arms over adjusted Westgate and Filinvest Mall parking rates – Alabang Bulletin

Effective tomorrow, July 3, 2017, the new parking scheme will be as follows:
P40 – first three hours for cars/vans
P30 – first three hours for motorcycles
P10 – for every succeeding hour
P300 – lost parking ticket
P500 – overnight parking
*rates apply on weekdays, weekends and public holidays
*no grace period

Sa Festival mall, may weekday promo na P50 for the first 9 hours. Then P10 per succeeding hour.

madami na ba office dyan kaya nagkaganyan. bakit complain residents dun ba sila gumagarahe. 3 hours is enough if they're gonna go malling say coming from their subdivisions na 1-3 km away lang

Well the paid parking are around Acacia has been P40 since last Feb IIRC. Pero yung mall, katataas nga lang nila e (Festival Mall) tapos eto nanaman. Free parking naman basta maka-P1000 worth of groceries sa Shopwise and free din senior citizens. So if you're going there (mall), magsama ng senior citizen (with a senior card). Sana di inalis yung grace period.

Kakataas lang nila last December kung di ako nagkakamali, mukang gusto sumabay sa price increase ng sasakyan. Panget naman parking dyan, konti lang ang covered, makikipag agawan ka pa. Ubod pa ng traffic pag palabas kasi ambabagal ng parking attendant nila.

OT: dito sa araneta south garage, nagtaas din kahit sa tenants. + 10 pesos kada oras, max of 10 hours lang; kawawa naman yung mga managers and sup na nagpapark dito na inaabot ng 12 hours mahigit. madadagdagan bill nila ng 20 - 30 pesos depende sa sipag hehehe

btw, is festi mall friendly to PWDs? my mom is wheelchair bound and i'd like to bring her there sometime for a bit of strolling and dining.

the thing that i've observed w/ festival mall is that it's a bit unruly when there are so many people malling. i feel that my mom might be overwhelmed w/ the crowd's hustle and bustle especially when she'll inevitably be taking those jam packed elevator rides

What about star mall parking rates? Safe ba mag park dun?

I just move to malvar batangas while sa mckinley hill pa din ang work. So im looking for options going to work.

Kanina, 1 bus ride from malvar to star mall * 74 pesos, then van going to mckinley hill.
Tagal ng byahe sa bus. Inabot ng 2 hours. Then almost 1 hour sa van.

Yesterday, dala ko kotse 1 hour lang 1 way pero xempre
toll fee: 214+25+16=255 (2) = 510
Parking sa office: 90
Gas: around 300
Ubos budget.

Pede sana sa festival mall kun di ngtaas ng rates.
