more than two doors all in a row..(ex: tapatan na rooms..magkatapat na yung doors.tapos, pagbukas pa ng pinto..nakatapat din yung pinto sa lanai)..

bathroom floor..dapat mas lower siya sa floor area..

House (design)..the best talaga Sunrise view from the front of the house ...

eto importante rin sa akin..Yung pagbukas ng main gate..dapat walang puno/tree or poste sa harap/tapat mismo ng gate..

Yung kusina daw dapat nasa Tiger side(left) ng bahay at yung master bedroom nasa Dragon side(right)

Kung may second floor ka dapat daw yung mga bedrooms(sa 2nd floor) ay hindi naiibabawan ang kusina or banyo sa ground floor.

Dapat daw nasisikitan ng araw (both East and West) ang loob ng Living Room.

Walang pillar sa gitna ng bahay or open area. In case daw na kailangan talaga ng pillar ay balutan daw ito ng salamin.

Walang maaasim(sour) fruit-bearing trees sa harap ng bahay.

1. Stairs should be based on PLSD.
P - Prosperity
L - Luck
S - Sickness
D - Death.

Say your house have 14 steps, your last stair will fall under L, so that is good. Last step should always end in P or L. Just like our OPM (oro, plata, mata) thing.

2. Entry of power line, water etc. should always be on the right side of the property and exits on the left side.

3. Don't put high ceiling & crossing beams in bedrooms.

4. Feng Shui experts usually want the post to be curved. That's why I always end up in an argument with them in terms of design aesthetics.

5. Stairs steps (thread and riser) should have at least a total of 18". 12" thread and 6" rise.

6. Main door entry should face east.

7. No two bedroom shall face each door.

8. Water closet should not directly located in the hallway.

9. Carport/Garage & main house should be higher than the street. Min. 18".

10. No beams and columns protrude on the stairwell.

Basically, Feng Shui are generally similar with the existing building code.
Just follow the 3 F's in Architecture & Design........
"Form Follows Function"
and
"Less is more"

sa palagay ko mukhang hindi magandang pagusapan yang mga yan dito. baka hindi makatulog yung mga iba dito na mali pala ang pwesto ng bahay or something, and hindi na nila pwedeng baguhin pa. baka magkaroon ng matinding psychological effect sa kanila at sisihin ang mga misfortunes sa bahay na hindi pala sangayon sa good feng shui.
