I haven't eaten instant noodles in more than 5 years. I got scared because I know of several people who got sick from eating instant noodles regularly. It has very high sodium content and I avoid it the same way I avoid MSG which my Dad's doctor says is poison.

I am not a picky eater and I eat junk food without hesitation but instant noodles really scares me.

ako din eh... pero minsan kumakain din ako... pero sobrang bihira.. mga 3 times a year lang... pati can goods... natural food is still the best... dapat eat healthy...

ang alam ko, noodles/pansit in general; something about mahirap daw matunaw, kaya di daw advisable magnoodles for late dinner. dunno if its true though

local lucky me=) if you dont want much msg dont put all the seasoning, just a bit will do, and if you watch Q tv chef rosebud reiterates that MSG isnt that bad... my opinion if you take it easy and moderate your msg consumption i think msg isnt that bad...

I rarely eat instant noodles, maybe twice or thrice a year? I used to NOT eat instant noodles but the Korean Ottogi ones are good.

Anyway, I made Jin Ramen because it was raining so hard and I craved for something hot. I checked the calories and it's 500 per pack! Add pa the calories from egg, cheese and kewpie mayo, it would total to around 700+ calories! Yung sodium pa It's really something you only eat as a treat. Now I feel so dirty and have to eat a lot of fiber to wash this off.

I love eating Xtra Big Instant Ramen.

Especially when late at night when hunger strikes while playing games or watching a movie/video.

Minsan add egg and/or oyster sauce for enhanced flavor.

This is my current favorite. Will add egg and kewpie after cooking. Although we are trying to eat less instant noodles now.

Iniwasan ko na din yang Instant noodles kasama na din yung hotdog, sausages, corned beef na de lata, spam/lancheon meat at iba pang de lata kahit tuna..
Dahil ata sa lutong bahay na lagi ang kinakain ko, sensitive na ako sa maaalat.. Ok na siguro yung ganyan 0-3 times a year..

I just bought shin ramyun black, naintriga lang ako kung ano lasa ng 150 per pack. Maganda kasi ang texture nung 50 keso flavors nila.

Mga bulalo flavor at Jin ramen siguro preference ko kapag nag instant noodles. Hindi Naman Kasi ako madalas Kumain niyan.

Pero iyong Korean noodles Ang nag jumpstart Ng love affair ko w/ kimchi nitong pandemic Lang.
