Depends on whether or not one of the marrying parties needed parental consent to marry (under 21 years of age). If my memory serves me right, it doesn't make the marriage void but merely voidable. There is a prescriptive period of five years after attaining the age of 21 within which to institute an action to declare a marriage void for lack of parental consent.
