This guy is so pathetic! I don't understand why he had to fake it. Making fun of people and yet, he sounded exactly like them.

I had an encounter with one of Pinoy Call Center Agents not too long ago and I kinda knew that he was Filipino so I asked him if he was Pinoy. When he said that he was, I even told him that it was perfectly fine to converse with me in tagalog but he said that they were not allowed to.

Anyhoo, daming mong matatagpuang tao na ganyan dito.

grabe yung agent. nakakabanas yung tawag niya, pumetiks. gahhhh. i personally fear na mayayari ang call center industry natin in a few years. the quality of the agents seem to be dropping. yung new hires, i wonder how the heck they managed to get past foundation skills eh pukpukan ng english dun.

missZ: what company did you call ba when you got that pinoy agent? some centers are now allowing agents kasi to speak in filipino...provided na the customer initiates it or asks the agent to do so.

can't blame the the miss , she's just doing her job the best she can, tapos itong pinoy na to eh tagalog accent din naman , siguro ang lakas din ng insecurity trying to prove something... pssh.. another typical filipino stupid mentality.
