grabe yung agent. nakakabanas yung tawag niya, pumetiks. gahhhh.i personally fear na mayayari ang call center industry natin in a few years. the quality of the agents seem to be dropping. yung new hires, i wonder how the heck they managed to get past foundation skills eh pukpukan ng english dun.
missZ: what company did you call ba when you got that pinoy agent? some centers are now allowing agents kasi to speak in filipino...provided na the customer initiates it or asks the agent to do so.
