    !) EO 880-Calibrated Pre-emtive response (CPR)

    2) EO 464- a gag order to all public officials

    3) EO 454- at ang sumisikil sa kalayaan sa pamamhayag ng mamayan...

    why not give these EO's a moratorium for 1 year. baka sakali mag-work. hirap kasi sa pinoy ka-implement pa lang ng EO, reklamo na kagad. medyo grabe na kasi lies spreading both sides, nakakalito na. di na productive.

    have you read the entire text of EO 454? do you know the history & current organizational status of the NTC?
