    I went for emission testing in Makati and found out that I won't be able to get the certificate immediately because of problems at Stradcom. It may take either 30 mins or the whole day before they could issue certificates. Anybody had this problem recently?

    during the first two weeks of january, may ganyang issue. stradcom computer problems nga daw.

    Well warning lang sa mga nag-re-register ngayon. I got my certificate around lunch time, so better plan your day right.
