1) 500mg of Vitamin C every 2 hours. Maintain the same levels for 2 weeks.
2) Dong Quai. Angelica plant/flower if im not mistaken. Pwedeng inumin as Tea or purchased as pills.

AFAIK the morning after pill is not legally available here in the Philippines.

it was before, lately lang nawala sa drugstores. may nakasabay ako sa drugstore, pasimple pa ung guy, pero ang lakas ng sagot ng salesgirl. :mrgreen:

well, kung lagpas na ng 24 hours, kapag nakalusot na yung sperm, di na maagapan yun... unless na lang kung inom sya ng pampa-mens... if ever na na-delay (as far as i know ok)

Though my specialty is not OB/GYN let me share you something..Well there is a solution to that it is called ECP..Emergency Contraception Pill..these are ordinary birth control pills that contains the hormones estrogen and progestin taken in 2 doses 12 hours apart. ECP may be used immediately after UNprotected intercourse and within about 72 hours and BEYOND. But i would advice to take the pills as soon as possible..examples of ECP's are as follows...Preven, Ovral, Alesse, Levlite, Nordete, Levlen, Levora, Lo/Ovral, Triphasil, Tri-levlen and Trivora...hope this will help
