Mas gusto ko pa rin yung litson na inihaw mismo sa bahay. Mas masarap talaga ang litson kapag bagong luto.

Medyo mas masarap nga, especially ang balat, but not enough for me to write rave reviews about it.

kami nagpapabili sa family friend namin eh, na taga cebu, then timing na lang kung a nong oras yun occasion/party namin, alam na nila kung sinabi namin kung what time namin kailang alam na nila kung anong oras pick up yun lechon and padala dito para fresh pa...tapos i order na nila then diredtso sa airport, padala dito, i request mo nga pala na yun magandang packaging yun naka karton meron extra na fee pero mas ok pickup in...
minsan nangyari nadelay yun lechon namin dahil delayed ang flight...hehehe

I still remember eating Elar's Lechon years ago but I don't remember the taste anymore.

Hi All!
We always order this on special occasions.
Everyone we give it to loves it as well.
Be sure to get from the shop along Quezon Ave.
They used to be based at the shop along Speaker Perez but I think they had some internal problems and the relatives (brothers?) split up.
We didn't know about this and ordered from the Speaker Perez branch by mistake. We were wondering why it didn't taste so good anymore.
Then we found out about the problem and about the other branch along QA.
We tried the QA one and it was the same lechon we loved so we always get from them.
Every now and then when there is an occasion where we ordered from them before, they would even call a few days ahead and ask if we would like to order since we ordered one on so and so day last year.
That's pretty impressive "after sales".
Hope this helps.
:regards:
