June 11th, 2007 07:51 PM #1Has anyone here heard or even tried this? Ako, for almost 3 weeks ko ng gamit to kasabay ng Hydroxycut Hardcore.
Diba ang Hydroxycut after 30-60mins kain ka? Ngayon ginagawa ko, ung Edmark MRT ang tinatake ko sa afternoon. Then kahit anong meal sa 2nd set ng Hydroxycut ko sa gabi.
So far so good. Ok ang combination plus ung boxing / weights workout. Skipropes na lang yan ha wala ng jogging and treadmill. Kung sa kapayatan, yes laki ng pinayat ko. Ung longsleeves na pina-alter ko last year na hindi ko nasuot for so many months, nasusuot ko na ulit hahahahaha. Medyo may fats pa din konti, pero before ko maubos ung Hydroxycut ko sigurado model body na to. Syempre kahit anong diet mo, dapat madami ka ding water na tinatake.
Try nyo lang guys, kesa mag-cook kayo ng mga food or bumili sa labas, ung Edmark parang coffee lang na stir stir tpos cold water lang after a while take mo na tapos mawawala na ung feeling na gutom ka.

my routine to keep fit daily:
1. eat rice meal or any meal with high on carbs (2 hours before exercise)
2. drink 500ml water or water + joss
3. after 2 hours, go to gym, bring another 500ml water
4. hot shower
5. sauna or steam
6. don't shower again, tuyuin na lang katawan after sauna or steam
7. wear satin clothes (upper and lower)
8. attend 1-hour cycling class. drink only 1 gulps if you cant make it, but better dont drink at all. pag tapos na. make sure heart rate is at 150 up for the entire duration of the class.
-----> sigurado 'to paglabas mo sa class, basang-basa buong body sa pawis (the carbs, water, joss to help you survive the streneous exercise, the hot shower/sauna para heated na katawan bago sabak exercise)
9. pahinga ng 10 min. then hot shower again
10 change clothes, wear your gym gloves
11. tirahin kagad ang tiyan since malabot pa from cardio cycling, use weight machines that attack the tummy and the chest (front, ride, rear). no need to use machines that are designed for legs, kaka-cycling pa lang naman.
12. last but not least, use the machine that lets you carry your entire body ala cliffhanger ("if you can't carry your own body, you're not fit" - accdg. to a gym instructor)
13. after gym, eat Chef Tony's Popcorn + Water. treat yourself after a healthy workout.
14. sigurado matatae ka 2 hours after, coz fibrous sobra popcorn.
yan ang pinakamabilis. eliminate kagad externally (perspiration) and internally (thru vowels)

June 11th, 2007 08:18 PM #3Hehe onga eh, ako naman pineapple juice pang fiber. Kaya nga ako naka-jacket lagi kasi sa boxing pa lang sobra sobra na ung pawis ko. Never ko pa na-try yang joss na yan. Makabili nga.

ok din i take extra joss before gym, i eat many small meals, rather than munch on 3 sets, i take snacks in between, less rice, more vegetables and fruits, a lot of water
planning to keep it for 15yrs just done 10,000 km already replaced the transfer case fluid w/...
