1. Customer Service Agent: Candidates should hold a Higher Secondary School certificate and have good telephonic and customer care skills. Should have a fair knowledge of MS Office and be able to input basic data into the system.

2. Customer Service Officer: Candidates should hold a Degree or Diploma in Computer Science and have 1 year experience in Customer Service via telephone or internet or chat software. Will be required to handle a wide range of company's products and services and provide information and solve customer problems.

3. Customer Service Agent (IT Support): Candidates should hold a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science and have at least 1 year experience in PC Maintenance, Network support, IT administration or software solutions. Will provide IT support via telephone or online to various customers.
