share ko lang...nagenrol ako sa socialites driving school when i was 15 years old. ang pansin nila sa kin:
1. idol ko daw si bruce lee (i don't know the right placing of the hands when turning, so nagkakandabuhol-buhol ang arms ko while making the turn!)
2. i always position the transmission on the 3rd gear instead of the 1st when accelerating from full stop.

February 21st, 2006 07:44 AM #43btw, once you do learn how to drive, keep on practicing, kahit short trips lang on the weekends
and it doesn't mean that you should go on a road trip immediately. pwede namang baby steps e; tipong a few rounds around the block on early mornings/sundays and such, then gradually increase your "effective range" B)
oh, and bring a road map along

mag-aral ka na lang sa driving school. kahit mabanga mo car ok lang sa kanila, (but for sure hindi mangyayari yun, dahil may break silang separate) hehehe!

IMO, manual man or automatic ang pinakamahirap matutunan ay ang pagtimpla ng pedals.
I learned to drive on a Ford Laser with no power steering.
I'm trying to teach my wife how to drive our automatic. I never knew the Lancer can make a full 360 degree turn within a normal two-lane road at speeds above 40 kph. Bigat ng paa :D

seriously tho, you would be better off with an instructor from a driving school. at least wala kang liability kung may makasagi man sayo.
