    Btw, £150 is about P15,000 - a hefty sum even in the UK. And the license points will be a pain to the driver for up to 5 years.

    The question is, are you glad about the leniency in the Philippines or not?

    buti na lang. i have been guilty of enjoying puddle splashes. eheheheh. lalo na if the splash kicked up is higher than the car.

    hmm...i do this all the time - unintentionally of course. it rains so much in FL that there is always water on the streets and you never know when the puddle is really deep. buti na lang people don't usually walk on the streets.

    when i get splashed (usually in my car) pasensyahan na lang, even though it's a bit scary to have your windshield completely washed over and your visibility suddenly cut to zero for a second or two...

    sh!t happens... oh well, but yeah, it gets pretty scary when a big truck is going the opposite the direction and splashes my car - I cant see anymore!
