In Malaysia ... Malaysian woman denied entry to govt building over outfit

Hmmm, kung may dress code does this mean that if you are not dressed appropriately, you will also be refused admission in .... jail?

Yung sa MMDA office sa Orense does not admit people wearing shorts... And predictably an enterprising fellow nearby rents out pants.

Dati nag seminar ako sa LTO, ni lecturan kami about proper attire pag pupunta sa kanila, no shorts, no sando and no cap indoors. Several years later in another LTO branch, marami naka shorts, ok lang naman.

I went last week sa PRC office sa Ayala South Mall, the sekyu courteously whispered to me na bawal ang shorts, but nag baon ako long pants because I still remember that lecture at LTO.

The last time I had my LTO license renewed I was in shorts and flip flops and wala namang problema. This was in LTO Alabang located at ATC.

I did not realize na may dress code din pala mga government offices dito.

Siguro dress decently ang minimum requirement.

Sa Baranggay Hall namin, bawal ang shorts. Pero sa QC Hall Real Estate section, pwede.

Maybe government employees should also practice some guidelines on How much money they accept under the table. Jeez!
