    in favor siempre.

kahit naman walang divorce maghihiwalay at maghihiwalay ang mag-asawa kung gusto nila. At least sa Divorce, it can be settled as faily as possible.

Now, kapag pasado na ang divorce, dont forget to get a pre-nup

i think the Catholic church and the religious out there should view this as a challenge of the times. if they really believe that their flock are indeed faithful to the christian doctrine of marriage sanctity, why worry about a divorce law? if you're genuinely happy with your marriage, why worry? unless you're living a lie you should definitely worry.

divorce is meant to address problematic marriages. it's not meant to destroy happily married couples. if you don't trust your spouse even if it's obvious that you're living in marriage bliss then you have a big problem.

divorce law is in place in predominantly catholic countries such as italy, france and spain. don't tell me people there value the sanctity of marriage any lesser than we do here. i think the percentage of divorced marriages there is quite low.

if this is not the time to legalize divorce law here in our country, can somebody tell me when?

I couldn't have said it better......

half-hearted ako dito.. pero sige in favor narin ako.. para hindi nalang ganung kahirap if ever di mag work ang marriage life naten.. kaso mga bata ang magdurusa.. kahit sabihin naten sustentado sila o ano, iba parin pag BUO ang family.. advantage to sa mga mag asawa na lagi nalang nag aaway at di na nagkakasundo.. well on the other end, hindi naman disadvantage sa mga family na masaya.. hindi naman masisira ang isang family kahit maging legal yan di ba?? still the choice is ours.. kaya sa mga katsikot na single, piliin naten ang talagang para saten.. we can never tell but bf/gf days naten siguro mapapag aralan naten before we settle things di ba?? good luck nalang saten.. at sa mga married na, keep the faith nalang.. treat each day na newly wedd kayo.. IMO ko lang po yun..

there are advantages n disadvantages, but IMO this is just inevitable. no sense in staying in a failed marriage and being unhappy for the rest of ur life. and the kids wont have a happy life kng sapilitan lng to stay together ang magasawa. kelan pa pala pagsisisihan, paglolo lola na? dnt think so.

sa annulment lagi sinasabi psychiological incapacity... para sa akin its a bullsh, pero ganun talaga, kung talagang dapat maghiwalay e di maghiwalay, pero dapat maayos na usapan, indi yung hiwalay tapos puro bitterness

What's stopping the Philippines of not having a DIVORCE LAW? Fear of Social Decay? Or Fear of Eternal Damnation? He he he!

Besides Malta, we're the only other country in the world that doesn't have a divorce law. Even Spain which introduced the Roman Catholic Religion to us and Italy which houses the Vatican have divorce laws. I can name half a dozen more catholic countries that have divorce laws. I favor it.
