    I think the structure itself including MEPF lang kasama sa insured. ung mga tenants they should get their own insurance afaik.

    sir hindi ko inaalam mga ganun eh... yung anak ko kasi ang nag aasikaso lahat dun.... support at pag may problema na malaki lang ako pumapASOK...

    40k isang pwesto.. pasencya na hindi ko alam gaano kalaki..... pero maliit lang estimate ko more or less 8 sqm. lang... kaya dalawang magkatabi, corner kinuha namin...
