    Hmmm... wonder what the insurance coverage on the mall is? Heard rumors it's around Php 400m.

    I think the structure itself including MEPF lang kasama sa insured. ung mga tenants they should get their own insurance afaik.

    40k isang pwesto.. pasencya na hindi ko alam gaano kalaki..... pero maliit lang estimate ko more or less 8 sqm. lang... kaya dalawang magkatabi, corner kinuha namin...
