baka naman nagka-typo error lang. baka desiccant.
desiccant ay yung silica gel na pang adsorb ng moisture. madalas sa mga package ng gamot.
ito yung isa sa tatlong packaging ng desiccant. ito ay sa pouches or sachet. hindi plastic ang package nyan kundi porous material parang filter paper ngunit super sinsin.
Pag binalot or sealed kasi ng plastic yung bagay or say, gamot, ay may"TRAPPED moisture" at moisture na dala mismo ng bagay or gamot na yun, at ang moisture na ito ay destructive it will react in time sa bagay/gamot na yun. kaya may desiccant ang mga sealed package para i adsorb yung destructive moisture na yun.

desiccant is a correct term, it means "A chemical species which picks up water molecules".
The plastics used to store desiccants are porous enough to absorb water molecules.
Be careful with channels like "China Observer" on YouTube. There is a clear bias in their posts and...
