bumaba raw ang crime rate sa bansa natin said by the pnp chief kanina sa tv patrol!! yeah right!!! sabihin mo yan to any local civilians kung maniwala sila!! mas naging garapal pa nga ang mga criminals ngayon e! from carnapping -> carjacking na! kidnapping -> mas dumami ang unreported cases, hindi bumaba!! theft and robbery -> sigurado marami ding unreported cases! add all of them and sure bumaba nga ang crime rate ON PAPER!! that means most of us (even me) ay wala ng tiwala sa mga pulis!

September 17th, 2005 09:14 PM #2The problem is most people do not report these cases so the police also do not act on some cases. Kaya dapat kahit simpleng snatching lang report sa local police station para at least mapagaralan nila, pag marami nagreport ng similar cases there is a higher chance that they would do something. Yun lang nga pag nahuli naman yung snatcher for example, di na nag testify yung nanakawan dahil sa takot...

the number did increased but the rate didnt... remember we are 85million na ngayon, 75million 5 years ago...
