    Hi guys/gals,

    Tnx!

Here's some sample prices I'm quoting from an in-law's costing sheet (don't know kung may patong or discount, ha...)

Portland Cement - 170 per bag
    Sand - 45 per bag
    Gravel - 60 per bag
    10mm steel bars - 120 per piece
Hollow Blocks - 8 per piece
    Waterproofing - 520 per gallon

Of course, you can follow Raikonen's link to the Construction thread to get a good idea about how to estimate your cost per square meter... but it will be different for plain remodelling and slabbing.

    Thanks

Good info din yung sa link kaso estimation nila is with finishing na. I'm looking for more detailed costing like the one you posted so I'll know roughly how much I'll save if I remove/reduce some parts of the house.

Nag-slab ako ng driveway last year, pero nakalimutan ko kung magkano... mga 10k lang yata inabot... pero not so sure... and I don't know if they used metal bars for reinforcement, light vehicles lang naman ang dumadaan.
