Primo, re: inasal ........ You know Shopwise along Pasong Tamo here in Makati di ba? Sa gilid ng Shopwise across the street (dunno the name), there's this long building, like an arcade that has banks, pawnshops, etc. On the end of that is an open air inasal place. Name is Bacolod Chicken Inasal Express, or something to that extent. The place is owned by the Cajili family, owners of the Bacolod Chicken House.

As far as authentic Inasal is concerned, theirs is the real deal. Parking may be a pain though, right in front of the store is a tricycle terminal. You can always get take-out.

Eeeww... you mean it's turo-turo and i have to be near the mamang tricycle drivers if i go there? Can i just make utos manong and yaya to buy for me take-out? Hehehehe...
