    Sir i beg do differ, key is the Condo Association, which most likely is being plauge by Baranggay Chairman Type of personality. Property Management and/or the manager itself is only as good as these BOD is also good.

    Kung mag iinvest sa condo para sakin pinaka wise kung bibili ka sa 1st launch ng project tas ibenta na pag turn over na yung unit. Almost 2x ng price ng condo ang tubo from 1st lauch to ready for occupancy

    Ung shore nung una 2.3M LOI pa lang and then naging 2.4M tapos ngayon 2.5M na in just the span of two weeks.

    Sa skyscrapercity highly recommended ni sir pse ang mga forumers doon ang ayala and dmci condo. Ung smdc overprice low cost housing daw.
