June 5th, 2010 06:46 PM #1Hello fellow tsikot members,
We have quite a dispute regarding the differences between a company and a family driver.
1.) Would it be legal to hire a driver to work for both the company and family?
2.) What would be the proper working hours, 8 hours or anytime on call?
3.) If it is a company driver and he wants to stay in, do i have to pay for his food as well?
Thanks

1. yes it is legal to hire a driver to work for company and family; if you own the company; if it is you who are paying for the driver.
2. being a company driver, its hould be 8 hours, however being a family driver late night and early morning driving might be required with extra pay on top of his basic salary.
3. with a lesser amount of salary, state that food and lodging somehow shoudl be free.
Puwede i try, 1. Palit air filter 2. Linis throttle body 3. Linis MAF sensor 4. Check spark...
high idle RPM at engine start
