Blogs could really create misinformation if the blogger is irresponsible and the readers are gullible. How many times has she been to the zoo if at all?
I'm not saying that Manila Zoo is one of the finest, that's quite a stretch. But I am still thankful that at least we have a zoo. Going to Manila Zoo has become a right of passage for grade school children from my generation and older. I don't agree with closing down Manila Zoo. There's always room for improvement and it's just unfair to criticize Manila Zoo after all these people are working on a limited budget.
As for PETA people, the Manila Zoo custodians must love animals more than they do. PETA people talk the talk while the people they are criticising walk the walk. Kung gusto nila uwi nila mga lion, tiger at elepante at sila mag alaga.
