sad to say a few Filipino managers act this way. i view this attitude as a symptom of insecurity and lack of confidence. you don' have to instill fear among your staff to get respect and make them perform well. her office is UN and i expect people they hire is already good and up to their expectations.

but lets wait till the investigation is over. its either she gets booted out or the her staff will forever suffer unless they resign.
