June 21st, 2013 02:41 PM #1Hello Tsikoteers,
Have you ever tried going inside Clark Angeles City? CDC has this new scheme, With Sticker and Without Sticker lane. Of course pag may sticker ka diretso ka lang in and out sa lane mo without any hassle. But if you don't have the sticker, you will end up pipila with the rest causing traffic, pag lalabas naman same thing, the gate guard will require you to open your trunk, I haven't had the chance yet to ask what in particular they are looking for...contraband, illegal goods, unpaid customs duties, etc...so are they saying if ever you're doing something illegal just get a sticker ang you're ok?? WAAAA!.....it's so obvious, this is just a money making scheme ng CDC! CDC Upper Management :screwloose: pinag-isipan niyo ba ng maayos ito ang your purpose? Try niyo kaya dumaan sa without sticker lane just to feel how ridiculously you inconvenient mga kababayan niyo. Wala naman ganito sa Subic a. If there's someone who can explain this to me, then I will STAND Corrected but if not :arghhh:

What do you mean CDC sticker?
Eh paano kung may flight ka for abroad?
Lalaro ka sa casino?
Matutulog ka doon sa hotel?
Bibili ka groceries?
Paano kung wala ka sticker? Iwan license?

Kahit sa SCTEX entrance ganun? That's kinda backward IMO, given the great deal of traffic volume to and from the airport/hotels/resorts inside Clark.

June 21st, 2013 03:01 PM #4The CDC sticker is just like your subdivision car sticker, without it you have to leave behind your ID sa gate guard. Sa Clark you don't have to leave anything (ID), it's just a hassle and it's so inconvenient dahil nagco-cause lang traffic dahil mas marami kayo wala sticker. But once you are inside no problem na. Mauulit lang yon pag lalabas ka na coz' dun ka na naman sa without sticker lane kasi somehow the gate guard will require you to open your trunk, for what? I really don't know.

June 21st, 2013 03:23 PM #6Am not sure yun exit sa SCTEX, since wala naman guard house duon. Yun lang entrance via Friendship gate and SM Clark gate. Like what I said it's only a money making scheme para bilhin mo yung sticker, before kasi ang required lang mayron sticker ay ang mga employee ng CDC, optional lang sa iba. But now, if you don't want inconvenience, bili ka sticker kasi yun lang naman nakikita ko benefit pag may sticker ka, you don't have to go through check points dun sa mga gate na na-mention ko.

Darn. If i buy a sticker for this, puno na talaga windshield ko ng kung ano-anong sticker. Give it time though; hopefully it causes a brouhaha which forces CDC to revert back to the old practice.

Taga dito lang ako... I have not been stopped for inspection ever since. Natiempohan ka lang siguro. Walang such lane sa SCTEX.
Just slow down when you reach the barrier. Kung gabi, lower your beam or shift to park light, additional na lang turn-on the light inside the cabin para makita na "harmless" ka. Pero kung mukha kang goon...sorry na lang
