June 11th, 2009 01:10 PM #2am eyeing their condo at the corner of SLEX-buendia; imho maganda ang location : Makro and Cash & Carry just across SLEX, tapat lang ng Manila Science, walking distance from Perpetual Help, jeep/bus stop sa tapat mismo ng condo, and one ride away from Makati Med. Very strategic, location wise, lalo't if you work in Makati CBD.
the only cons i see is flooding, and kung me rally sa Makati Ave/Paseo, maglalakad ka pauwi B)
kaso, kung ung condo mismo e di maganda...bale wala din ung location
OT: They seem to have teared down the old one story mall at the Crispa/Mercury Drug/Tropical Hut Area; any idea kung anong gagawin dun?
