ako personally i just turn on the parklights or headlights. i dont use the hazard lights.

because if you do, how would people know if you are turning left or right..

Pag semi-malakas ang ulan and it's a bit dark, I turn on my park lights which also turns on my foglights which are really aesthetic only (masyado mababa asinta). Pero pag buhos talaga I turn on my hazard lights para people behind me are ready for anything hehe

No. I use my headlights. The only time I use hazard lights is when there is a very heavy downpour on a highway or a provincial road.
