HS? Wow. I'm sure meron talaga who start in HS. But how common was it in the 80s, 90s, 2000s and 2010s.
Tama talaga yung slutty friend ko (I tell her slut siya at aminado siya lol) never have evidence of your kalokohan hehe. Pero teens nowadays kasi grew up in social media and camera phones

May 25th, 2019 05:35 PM #9065I'm confused sir, what's the difference between a Level III offense and the offense these perverts commited for which 2 counts must be considered before they are not allowed to graduate? Because from this news article, if I understood correctly, it is saying that these students committed a Level III offense, so automatically they should not be allowed to graduate -- no more counting how many incidents.
"The PSHS-MC Executive Parents Teachers Council stated that the male students committed an offense under the PSHS System Student Code of Conduct, particularly Part 5.3.2. of Level III which reads:
“Engaging in any form of voyeurism which includes the posting of indecent or lewd photos or videos on the internet.”
Further, any student who has committed a “two major offenses” or at least a “level III” type of offense within a school year shall not be allowed to graduate."

For what it's worth, sir, here are some facts coming for this news article:
1) "certain male students of the school were allowed to graduate despite sharing naked pictures of their ex-girlfriends—some of whom are still minors—among themselves and on the internet."
2) "the male students are “not minors.”"
3) "The PSHS-MC Executive Parents Teachers Council stated that the male students committed an offense under the PSHS System Student Code of Conduct, particularly Part 5.3.2. of Level III which reads:
“Engaging in any form of voyeurism which includes the posting of indecent or lewd photos or videos on the internet.”
Further, any student who has committed a “two major offenses” or at least a “level III” type of offense within a school year shall not be allowed to graduate."
4) Not only did these students violate school conduct and rules, they also violated
"Republic Act 9262 or the Anti-Violence Against Women and Their Children Act of 2004, according to the council."
So I guess these victims can also file a case against the offenders in the proper court.

May 25th, 2019 05:53 PM #9067I guess the reason why it's not "so common" back then is that people knew how to keep secrets better back then. Now, not so much. People just became more and more liberated. Public displays of affection back then would be ashamed of what's being displayed by couples out in the open today.
Also, parents before were more hands on in rearing their kids. Now? Single parents abound, and usually more times, both parents are not even around -- both are working.
As for S3x, I know quite a number of people of both s3xes who got devirginized in their teens, while in High School. Today, I hear of students in Grade 7 (12 yr. old) making out.

Hanggang ngayon naman mostly college pa rin ang first time ng mga tao. But as with most things, there's a bell curve so there will be people who will experience things earlier.
Also note that with SHS, the same age as a freshman/sophomore in college before will just be a Grade 11/12 student today, which is still high school.

This is the PSHS-MC ManCom statement on the matter:
1 level 3 offense = can graduate
2 or more level 3 offenses = can't graduate
Not sure where GMA got their wording but if that's written in an official black and white statement then it makes it easier to fight for the case as it's not only the morally correct but also technically correct.

May 25th, 2019 06:43 PM #9070Very well said, sir. I remember a young Ferdinand Marcos who literally got away with murder simply because the judge thought he was a waste of a brilliant mind if he will be languishing and wasting his life in prison for that crime. And where did the whole country end up because of that judge's sentiments?
