i wonder, is the very old and very very small SM store beside quiapo Church, still there?
not the 5 or 6 storey bldg, but the 1 1/2 storey place. it was already there even before many tsikoteers here were even born.
legend had it, that it brought good luck to mr sy, and they did not close it even as they were already expanding massively... it was their surplus shop before their surplus shops existed.
if there is a mercury drug of the same size (not the massive one beside the tulay ng cuyapo) beside it, then the legend might very well have been born here.

Mmmm..sa quiapo..parang wala, ang shoes nun kalimitan sa carriedo, sa quiapo bikes sa side ng kings, sa raon side are speakers, home stereo, instruments at vacumm tubes at toys..like the wooden guns na iniikot para tumunog and cheap plastic replicas of voltez v, dun pumupunta pag sira yung TV to buy 6V6 tubes or el84 tube....again...sabi lang sakin yan..galing mag kwento parang andun ka na din
