    Too much alcohol intake can cause hyper acidity. Suggest to drink at least 2 glasses of water after drinking alcoholic beverages to lessen acidity cause by alcohol content you intake.

    ^ Ouch pero nito lang ako natuto uminom pero pag mga Johnny walker or Jack Daniel kahit nasobrahan nakakatulog at normal lang ang gising ko pero pag mga Fundador lalo na sa Redhorse pag nasobrahan kinabukasan dun nako siniskmura palagi acid..     by experience, we don't MMP on nov 1-2. experience from previous years says not to.
    but if you have waze, ask it, po. see if it is red all the way.

    same here. i never go to the cemetery on nov 1. it's always the 30th for me.

    but this year the plan was to dump my bike on my brother's rig, hitch a ride w/ him , and then go pedal home. unfortunately, he chose to go last night throwing my plans into a loop.

    medyo feeling guilty lang tuloy ako kasi this is the 1st time i won't be able to visit my dad on or before todos los santos.

    agree ako sa pocari sweat.... pero the morning after na, in my case. after a night of debauchery, drinking a glass of water before sleeping usually lessens the chances of suffering from hangever for me

    alcohol dehydrates.
    causes headache.
    drinking plenty of liquids (not alcohol again!) before falling asleep helps minimize dehydration.
