The word impartial reminds me back when I was discussing a claim in insurance. The lawyer said that it will be better to accept the offer of the company than go for the full amount. Since the company has the right to appeal the case, the possibility of "the lot going to the wrong judge" will be a disadvantage for us.
And here comes the word impartial. I said I believe that all judges are impartial and should be impartial. However, he pointed out that some judges are biased to companies instead to laborers and vice versa. So we agreed for a settlement.
i think a moderator must not only be impartial but must appear to be impartial.
"It's not enough that you're not doing anything wrong. But it should also look like you're not committing anything morally wrong."
Going back, it was wrong for me to compare the moderators of this forum to YouTube uploaders who I see the one responsible to moderate the comments.
I never knew about this moderator posting an advertisment, which is understandable because I'm new here. I'd like to think that he might have "forgotten" the rule.
And this one comes to my mind, about the DOT secretary that "she didn't know" about the contract of the Tulfo brothers. It may be possible, for the benefit of the doubt. However, the "appearance" of not knowing it is somewhat questionable.
Right now, the video of "Now It's My Turn" by Tulfo is 1.9 M and surely, the advertising companies are very happy. So I might try this Mega Sardines this week.
Reading back, it seems that I have convoluted thoughts changing from one topic to another. Is this even the right word, convoluted?

I already reported the video. However, there's no option for you to explain why. I have the impression that you should reach a certain number of reports before it will be reviewed.
Now, what is this Amos Yee' videos? You have piqued my interest because of the word "controversial".

May 22nd, 2018 02:35 PM #7374I think quezon avenue is the "con man" capital of the philippines. If you want to be train maging mang-gagancho eh this is the place.
Why???
ngayon ko lang napansin na quezon avene e networking/multi-level marketing capital of the philippines. Grabe tabi-tabi pala dito. Eh in a week ilan beses ako dumadaan pero now ko lang napansin. Usually kasi sa gabi to madaling-araw kaya hindi ko pansin.
Eh i posted before na car casa capital din ang qave. Alam nyo din na night club capital din yan.
So networker, ahente ng kotse, prostitute = all of these are trained to con.
Pag-iisipan ko pa kung sino pinakaworst among the three.
