There is. We have a checklist kasi (urinalysis, blood, ecg, rectal exam, breast exam etc). Ever since I would insist I do NOT like that rectal exam so they just make me sign in the form na ayaw ko (there is a term I forgot). For the breast exam, the doctor will give your instructions to wear the gown, lie down etc. Pero oast 3 or so years ang bungad ng doctor, hindi na mag breast exam? Ayoko naman sabihin, no doc, gusto ko ng breast exam. In a way parang they are already discouraging it so nakakahiya. Of course I still have an option to say na I want it but that is not how Filipino culture works. This is similar to my officemate na pag konti na lang ang food for sharing magaalok ng ng "ayaw mo?" Someone called him out in the long run kasi awkward naman nga sabihin ng "hindi, gusto ko"

I joined a photo contest with my nieces and nephews mga bata the theme is potato, suggestion naman kung anong pwedeng kong kunan na potato theme, I'm thinking potato chips Pero they forfeited potato chips dahil ginawang example. [emoji23]

Suggestion please. Parang walang gana naman na potato talaga ang kunan or fries..

Nagmamadali matapos They used to mandate it. Ngayon, sila na may ayaw gawin. It's doctors like them that ruin the good image of the profession. Bakit pa sila nag doctor kung wala naman sila heart for it.
