    i'm puzzled with how they arrive at these decisions as well. Students regardless of level are equally burdened/vulnerable to the prevailing rain/floods. oh well

    i, too, am puzzled.
    perhaps we best leave it to the local authorities, with the assumption that they are in a better position to judge re. weather safety issues, in their locality.
    time and time again, however, whatever declaration is made, there always has been dissent from somewhere.

    May tumalon daw na pickup sa flyover ng papuntang buendia galing kalayaan. Heavy trafik kasi may mga binagsakan na kotse sa ilalim

    Hindi tumalon. Nawalan DAW ng brake yung jeep pababa ng flyover. Tumama sa UV. Yung UV tumama sa Red car. Yung red car tumama sa pick up. Yung likod ng pick up umangat napisak yung red.

    All that chaos caused by that jeep! It goes to show that no matter how careful you are, you can't be safe when there are idiot drivers around.

    Ive seen the pickup photo. Mukhang walang damage kasi sumuot yun vios, though maybe the torn metal of vios roof pierced some uniderpinnings of the pickup
