    So it makes one think if these assaults on asian women and oldies are borne out of racism or just cases of bullying? Or both?

    For Cough
    Cough Syrup
    Robitussin Expectorant color GREEN

    ASCOF Lagundi Cough Syrup, 1 spoon every after meal.

    For Gargle
    Betadine - 3 mins long. Better to lay in bed while gargling your throat
    5ml or less (not too much)
    Every after meal, better 3x a day
    Do not forget before sleeping

    For Nasal Spray
    SALINASE - if you use this.. Cough out the liquid and spit it.

    Virgin Coconut Oil - 1 spoon before sleep

    Food:
    Lots of Orange and Poncan
    Eat Kamias lunch only
    Optional: Drink Lagundi Tea (Watsons or SM grocery).
    Green Tea with honey also helps
    Do not eat anything with sugar
    Replace sugar with honey
    Boiled leaves of Kamote or Malunggay in 1.25 cup of water, then drink soup (sabaw).

    LUNG EXERCISE:
    Blow air using straw in a container with water.

    Special notes before bedtime, follow in sequence:
    1) Cough Syrup
    2) Virgin Coconut Oil
    3) Nasal Spray - Cough out the liquid in your mouth
    4) Clean your tongue, you can use spoon as alternative
    5) Brush teeth
    6) Gargle your throat area, 3mins long. Then mouth.

    Chills and runny nose
    Try suob.

    For Fever - use Kool Fever or Cold Compress to lower body temperature.

    Misseks pansin ko sa babae mas marunong mag alaga sa sarili

    i mean may instinct kayo kung ano tama para sa katawan kahit walang medical background

    Mom ko din ganyan all throughout the pandemic she vibers me telling me to make ginger tea and other advices

    Ako nga worried sa kanya kasi 70+ na sya pero told me not to worry coz she knows how to take care of herself

    Mas malaki pa nga chance ko mamatay sa covid dahil sa unhealthy habits ko (overthinking/stress, kulang sa tulog, junk food...)

    they're mad, because of what has befallen them, whatever that is.
    malas lang natin, because we are the face of the generic asian.

    many 'mericans have a poor grasp of asian geography.
    to some of them, there are only two asians: the japanese, and the rest.

    Nagpa-alaga pa din ako Sir Uls, alam ko lang kelangan ko based sa experience and advice na may konting research for scientific explanation.. Pero yung preparation and execution, parents ko pa din gumawa.. pagluto ng kakainin ko, paglaba ng beddings, pagbili ng fruits atbp..
    If nandito din mom mo at aasikasuhin ka, baka di ka din madalas kakain ng junk food, less stress at dahil may nag aasikaso ng kailangan mo makakatulog ka ng mahaba..
    O alam mo na.. Mag-asawa ka na.. Hahahahahaha [emoji23] dahil nasa US si mom mo.. May option pa para mabawasan ang chance na magkasakit ka[emoji1787][emoji1787][emoji1787][emoji1787][emoji1787]
