Lately kasi I'm eating too much kasi nawala nadin yung maayos kong sleeping pattern plus yung pagkain sa tamang oras... feeling nanaba ako hehe

Maayos ba gumawa ang blade sa car accessories? Plan ko dun palagay Ng car stereo....
Should I resign na ba sa current job ko kahit wala pa ako malilipatan na iba? I can't take it anymore na kasi. Or better kung maghanap muna ako?
2 years isn't a lot of time yet.
Here's a thought - instead of sulking because you feel that you're in a dead end, think about why you have that notion. Are you 100% sure that you're already qualified to be promoted?
Yes, you may be good at your current role, but do you have the necessary skills to be a manager/VP/whatever higher position your eyeing? More than just individual performance, managers look at people who can manage other people and who are able to rally a team.
If you say that the problem is politics, what's keeping the bosses from making you their "bata" or "manok"? You can't expect that people will know all the good that you've done for the company, or that you're actually a skilled person. You have to exude it, you have to make them notice you. Not that I'm saying you should be a pompous know-it-all, but you shouldn't be a wallflower waiting for opportunities to fall in your lap.
If you wanna get promoted, talk to your boss. Tell him your career aspirations, ask advice on how to get there.
There's always a proactive way of dealing with depressing circumstances. If you feel that you've done everything I've suggested, maybe the most proactive thing to do is to start looking elsewhere. However, I find it unwise to dip both feet in the water - if you're really unhappy, look elsewhere, but don't leave until you have a sure place to go next.
Thank you again for your advice. I know that 2 years isn't a lot. I've done almost everything that you've said. Hahaha. I don't know what's wrong. I work my ass off every day. I tried to make "sipsip" to some of my bosses. 2 of my colleagues were promoted a few weeks ago. Those 2 are the 'bata' of my bosses. That's another reason why I want to leave na. Moreover,I really don't enjoy my work anymore. Anyway, I'll find a new job na lang muna. Thank you again.
Is there anybody here that knows where to buy an Iron Man stuffed toy? My godson/nephew wants it for his birthday. Ayaw ako tantanan.
