this is probably if you go to the US, no?
because, from what i understand, the gods are moving the mountains for you here, and it is you that is refusing them.

I don't wanna stay in the US din, I will only go there to work on another permit so I can stay in the PH.

I literally have a headache now because they needed my decision kaninang 10 am pa. It was supposed to be June 30. Sayang the lumpsum and I wanna rest for a few months but my friends are telling me baka abutin ako 2 yrs na jobless, and I don't want that.

working in the us or anywhere else, is always a gamble.
you should ask yourself, and also others who should be in the know, "what is my professional market value over there?"
if good, go. if not good, stay here.

even kaming doctors have problems over there.

I don't have any plans to work there doctor. I am only going there to go to immigration and request for a permit so I can exit the US for more than 6 mos. The US requires the applicant to be in the US kasi at the time of filing.

I want a lumpsum lang kasi it's gross salary x 1.5 months x yrs of service. I computed and the amount is like my net salary for 22 months. I can reapply naman daw after 1 yr (IF there is an opening pa) My only worry is I do not want to disappoint my bosses kasi nga they did everything to keep me at the organization, gave in to all my consideration

Another thing, parang may part of me that wants to step out of my comfort zone (which is my current company)

BUT I don't wanna be jobless for 2 yrs oMG! That is too long! Masisira career path ko!

Tama ba conservative estimate na 2 yrs before I can find a job?
