    Depends where from and to.

Waze isn't really good for this, lalo some parts of Pasig are notorious for flooding.

Without any specifics, I'd say stick to the main roads, no matter how traffic these are. These tend to flood last kasi ito yung first priority ng roadworks.

I'm coming from the south SLEX. Then I need to go to Kalayaan in C5 then Greenhills then back to Toyota Pasig in C5. I know that C5 Pasig floods easily e. I might cancel Greenhills is traffic is bad.

I was wondering if there is a map that shows road flooding

Not sure about south C5, but Ortigas<->C5 shouldn't have bad flooding even if the intersection is like a basin.

Sorry, not familiar na with the flood prone areas there.

    Coming from South SLEX

    1. Between Sucat and Bicutan - prone to flooding (in front of old Motorola)
    2. Between Bicutan and C5 - prone to flooding (in front of Toyota)
    3. C5 - typically water on the road,- but passable until Ortigas

Going back via C5 to SLEX - prone to flooding -in front of SM Aura, just before McKinley Hills,- so take BGC and exit at Heritage Park....

Thanks you mga sir! Laking time savings ng annapolis then lanuza left turn. From Kalayaan I took EDSA because of my Mom. Then LSGH flyover kasi malayo daw Santalon. Guess how long it took me? 1.5 hours  I left Makati at 12:45 and arrived in GH 2:15. Himatayin na ko sa gutom bec I have not had anything to eat. Going back to Toyota Pasig I took annapolis then flyover then meralco then Lanuza. It took me only 25 mins! I am NEVER going back north on a weekday.

just got lucky , terible traffic kanina from the medical city up to LSGH around 12pm ah! seems LSGH dismissed the the whole class due to the weather
i took the green meadows/white plains route though medyo may moderate build up na sa edsa north bound.
and i was thinking if you caught that monstrous traffic when i'm about to turn left at green meadows kanina.

Yup kaya inabot ako ng 2 pm Nakita namin from the flyover yung Ortigas crossing EDSA napaka traffic din. Pero mabilis na ang takbo ng mga auto EDSA northbound after Ortigas intersection. Mukhang LSGH lang ang nag cause ng traffic umabot hanggang Makati

Buti na nga lang from GH to Pasig wala ng traffic.

MMDA lifts number coding effective 1pm Wednesday

    Wednesday, July 08, 2015 12:39PM

Effective 1 p.m. Wednesday, motorists whose vehicle plate numbers ending in 5 and 6 can pass through major Metro Manila streets without being accosted as the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority is lifting the number coding for the day.

This was due to bad weather conditions including heavy rain, radio dzBB reported.

Under the number coding scheme, vehicles are banned from passing through major thoroughfares from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. depending on the last digit of their license plates.

Covered on Monday are vehicles with plate numbers ending in 1 and 2; 3 and 4 on Tuesdays; 5 and 6 on Wednesdays; 7 and 8 on Thursdays; and 9 and 0 on Fridays. — Joel Locsin/LBG, GMA News
