agree ako sa pocari sweat.... pero the morning after na, in my case. after a night of debauchery, drinking a glass of water before sleeping usually lessens the chances of suffering from hangever for me

Yung pocari sweet ang ideal sana. 2 bootles nga bago matulog. Para ma-rehydrate.

causes headache.
drinking plenty of liquids (not alcohol again!) before falling asleep helps minimize dehydration.

Baka di ka lang hiyang sa mas murang alcoholic drink. Hehehe.
Alcohol content of RH is not comparable to those 2 you mentioned initially. So talagang marami na ang naimom mo non para makahabol lang sa tama nang JW or JD.

Pansin ko lang Bakit kapag imported na brand kahit mag pa kawasak walang hang over O baka hiyangan din. Gngawa ko na lang nag aalay na lang ako Mapa beer or Hard kung sa Redhorse capacity ko. but if you have waze, ask it, po. see if it is red all the way.
