Probably a new car but technically they cannot refuse entry to where you live. Ang importante your license is addressed there. They should also know the residents. Pamahal din ng pamahal ang sticker the more cars that you have in your address. Not sure kung ganun sa BF.

Siguro dahil medyo madami sasakyan at magastos? Lol
Ayaw din nun magbayad ng amilyar, ending 900k for 30 years unpaid amilyar (may kasama yata multa).

Mabuti hindi na subasta ang property ninyo bro.

    lucky!
kung saming munisipyo yan, matagal nang na-subasta yan!

    come to think of it...
baka nga ilang beses nang sinubukang i-subasta.
but the asking price was deemed too expensive by potential buyers...

Even then BF is already a huge village, covering areas of three adjacent cities,- Parañaque, Las Piñas and Muntinlupa. So guards cannot really remember the residents by face/name or car.

However, for the longest time I was using a cedula to pass through BF...

it really depends on what is in the guards' instruction manual.
if it says, "gate pass", then gate pass it is.
if resident does not agree, resident should take it up with the village administration.
don't take it against the guards.

and cvt is right. sa dami nang residents...

That's why I don't understand why some village change guards regularly. Rotate lang sa gates but ideally stay in the village until they retire

BF is too large nga but they have additional gates within BF per phase.

at bpi this morning, i asked the cashier what's for the giveaway this year. i was told to approach the branch manager instead if there's anything left.
approaching the manager's desk, i noticed that there's a new face occupying the desk. new manager i thought.

politely i asked her if there's anything to loot for the new year? 'sorry sir,,, there's nothing left, and we do give them for our clients only. do you have any account with us, sir?'
i haven't memorized most of my account numbers so i handed her one of my ATM cards. manager fiddled with her computer and immediately there was a spark in her eyes i saw.

'ooh,,,, we have new exciting products to offer for you sir' (investments and so on,,,). can we sit and have a talk for awhile? then she hurriedly called that lady who handles (philam?)investment products. 'miss XXX, paki up-date nga ang contact information ni sir.'
no thank you, perhaps not this time,,,, and please don't call me, i'll call you, i said to the manager.
i left the manager grinning sheepishly. call me sir ha?
