Changing last name?

I've heard of a student in our college dati, who had quite an unusual name: N. Love Laplap.

Dunno if she eventually had it legally changed. Pero naman, kung yan ang pangalan mo at galing kang UP, never mind what other people think. They can all go hang. :D
