I bought one of the small LCD TVs and used it as the monitor for the CCTV at the security guard station. Almost three years of daily use and it is still working fine.

I just buy CDRs and DVDRs for non-important data (like movies, data that aren't mine etc). Yun lang. I know it's the cheapest stuff from China so reliability is out of my expectations. EVERYTHING they sell is disposable and unreliable.

So obviously, essential stuff that exceed 100 pesos, I buy from trusted stores and official dealers for USB drives, memory devices etc. Most of the time, wala pang 50 pesos and difference, may warranty pa.

I had a 16gb Kingston flash drive bought from CD-R King and it worked great for a month. I dropped it last week from my desk and it just stopped working.

If you can slide off the casing from your flashdrive, you can check if it is using a slot type micro SD card. Maybe the card just came loose from it's contacts.

from experience, hindi tumatagal yung mga sd card sa cdrking.. mag invest na lang sa external hard disk tapos copy agad don.. or copy muna sa laptop then monthly backup sa external..

days short para 2 months. kung pang storage, siguro it could hold pero kung binabasa frequently pang video/mp3... iikli ang buhay. i suggest buy those higher than class4 cards para medyo reliable

Probably an exception to the rule... this one is maybe 4-5 years old now. The plastic is barely holding itself together but it's still fully functional. I use it in my backup/compact camera.

I don't know, really. It just became brittle. I might put a bit of tape in front and at the back to reinforce it.
