If the fruits are hanging on your property, can you pick it?

Our all around picked mangoes from our neighbor's tree. He said it's on our side of the fence na kasi.

I thin he should have asked permission first

No. Talagang nasa side na ng fence namin. Kasi yung mango nila halos nakatabi sa fence kaya may part na overlap talaga.

Magkakilala. Mabait nga sila, pag nag travel parati ako may pasalubong.

beside the piko to be yellow orange yung laman, yung dulo niya is curvy/pabaluktot and most of the times parang kulubot yung balat. i have both varieties sa farm. i like more the carabao variety though...

Kalabaw - matambok mga pisngi and halos pabilog. Piko less matambok and pointed ang dulo.

May sako pang dala.

    Civil Code of the Philippines:

Article 680. If the branches of any tree should extend over a neighboring estate, tenement, garden or yard, the owner of the latter shall have the right to demand that they be cut off insofar as they may spread over his property, and, if it be the roots of a neighboring tree which should penetrate into the land of another, the latter may cut them off himself within his property. (592)

Article 681. Fruits naturally falling upon adjacent land belong to the owner of said land. (n)

Tanungin mo na lang. Most of the time di naman aangal.
