For those who are interested... the OTHER Magazine has just released their September Issue.
Pretty nice, may 1.8 & 2.0 Comparo-cum-article, among others... reading it now.
Perhaps they're feeling the pressure of the competition... this is the first time in years I've seen C! out before the month was halfway over... we've got a war on our hands, boys!
Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

My main complaint about C! Magazine's articles is that, while the photos of the external features of the cars are good, the same cannot be said of the internal features. The photos are simply too small for readers to appreciate the details they describe in their articles. Sayang because they feature some really good cars. Also, parang bitin ang mga reviews. It's like the pages were more devoted to photos that the text of the article.
I just wish they could be more comprehensive.

Masaya ang bagong C!
May short article sa Chevy Optra 1.8 LS (mukhang mahal yata nila ito, ah... grrr...), followed by a short back-to-back on the Sentra 180GT and the Altis 1.8G, then a back-to-back-to-back on the Civic 2.0, the Lynx RS and the Mazda3 2.0R. There's a looooooong section on the new 911, a section on the Accord 3.0, followed by mini-reviews of the Camry 3.0 and the Cefiro 3.0 (mini-comparo of the three), as well as mini-reviews of almost all the 2.0 midsize players (Galant, Sonata, Mazda6, XG350). Loaded sila ngayon. Looks like their answer to the Top Gear Challenge.
Yes, there is still a high proportion of pictures to text, but the text is (and has always been) good.
Mukhang tayo yung mananalo sa competition na ito... not like when REV was the only other semi-auto mag (wait, they hardly count... pang lifestyle nalang yata sila...)... whoever wins... tayo ang panalo!
